Making Pasta at Home: A Perfect Accompaniment to the Garden’s Bounty

Beardsley Farm will demonstrate the steps to making a fresh pasta with minimal equipment and ingredients. Recipes will be provided for sauce using fresh produce and for the pasta.
Come hungry! Food will be provided.
Instead of the library auditorium, this World Wise Wednesday program will take place in the Social Room of the Civic Center. You can also join us online.
