We are lucky to live in a town that is so well-read! But all that reading generates A LOT of used books, all of which come as donations to the Friends of Library.
Because of the Friends of the Library, these books do not end up in the landfill but rather are sold at their regular book sales, generating money to support programs at the Library and keeping good books out of the dump. But all those books are heavy.
Do you have a strong back? Do you know someone with a strong back? We need your help moving books from storage to the library for our book sales.
